Confidence in Every Purchase
You can return your product within 5 days of receiving it if:
- The product is damaged.
- You changed your mind and no longer want it.
Important: We can’t accept returns for items that are soiled. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same clean and original condition as when you received it.
Return Shipping Policy
We’ll cover return shipping costs if:
- The product is damaged, is still in its original damaged packaging, and hasn’t been used.
However, we won’t cover shipping if:
- You’re returning the product because you no longer want it.
- The return conditions above aren’t met—in this case, you’ll be responsible for shipping costs.
Simple Return Process
Once you initiate a return by sending an email to info@new-relief.co.za, we’ll send you shipping instructions. After receiving your returned product, we’ll inspect it before processing a refund or exchange.
This inspection may take up to 8 business days. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10 business days.
Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order anytime before payment is completed. Once your order status changes to “Processing,” you’ll need to wait for the product to arrive before initiating a return.
